MY MIXED FRUITS SMOOTHIE


So guys I’m back to my fitness habit, and I started a new routine of taking smoothies after my workout every night. For two days now, I’ve blended same fruits.

First day I tried it, I didn’t like the taste cause I’ve never liked smoothies except Kiwi. Today I decided to add ginger and the results were amazing..

You can try it too and tell me what you think.


INGREDIENTS:

8 slices of watermelon, 2 sliced apples, one stick of sliced cucumber, two freshly squeezed orange juice, and ginger..


HOW TO:

Put all the sliced fruits first in your smoothie blender, then pour the orange juice. Blend for like 3-5 minutes..

Transfer to your smoothie cup or bottle and serve cold. It tastes better when cold
